Find the Right Channel

Sales, support, security, and privacy each route through their own channel. Using the right one gets your request to the right team faster, instead of waiting behind an unrelated queue.

Four Channels, Clear Routing

Each channel below routes to the team that actually handles it.

New to Aurora, evaluating a plan, or want a walkthrough of the workflow before you commit.

Security Vulnerability Disclosure

Found a security issue? Use the monitored disclosure process instead of email or the general contact form. This channel is separate from sales and support so a real report never sits in the wrong queue.

Incident and maintenance policy

How Aurora Classifies Incidents and Maintenance

A general description of how severity is assessed and how maintenance is communicated. This is not a commitment to specific response or resolution times - those are set and staffed separately before they are published.

Critical

Aurora Command is unavailable or a core workflow (sign-in, evidence access, reviewer sharing) is broken for many customers.

High

A significant feature is degraded or unavailable for a subset of customers, with a usable workaround for most workflows.

Standard

A limited, non-critical issue affecting a smaller surface area or a single customer's configuration.

Informational

Scheduled maintenance, a planned migration, or a cosmetic issue with no functional impact.

Scheduled Maintenance

Planned maintenance windows are posted on Aurora Status ahead of time when practical. Emergency maintenance to address an active incident may be posted with shorter or no advance notice.

Specific response and resolution time commitments are published separately once staffing and coverage are confirmed.
