Build Your Aurora Self-Serve Order

Aurora self-serve starts with Platform Core, then lets qualified buyers add approved modules, transparent workload expansions, and optional launch support without jumping into a forced enterprise motion. Checkout is still a business-use order with Borealis Security, Inc., the operator and merchant of record for Aurora Command. Stripe handles payment collection, the subscription renews annually until canceled, and workspace provisioning may begin immediately after accepted purchase.

Formation disclosure
Self-serve pricing is itemized on this page. Amount due today and the annual renewal amount change with the modules, expansions, and optional service items you select. Cancel through the billing portal after purchase or another Borealis-designated cancellation path. Review the Self-Service Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy before continuing.
Standard self-service eligibility
Aurora self-service is for standard private-sector business use and the published non-Command catalog. If you need public-sector terms, healthcare/PHI handling, PCI/cardholder-data scope, student-record commitments, export-controlled or CUI-style handling, private deployment requirements, or another regulated workflow that needs a separate written agreement, use the walkthrough and manual review path.
Clean handoff from order to activation
Aurora keeps the self-serve path in one sequence: pricing, legal disclosures, payment, verification, provisioning, and secure first access without dropping the buyer into a vague handoff.
Aurora Central Login delivery
The billing contact confirms their email first. Once the workspace is ready, Aurora sends the Aurora Central Login sign-in email and keeps onboarding links tied to the verified purchaser.

Billing
Recurring, transparent, manageable
Stripe handles payment collection, and Aurora keeps the itemized module and add-on state visible so the subscription is not a black box after purchase.
Activation
Verified email, Aurora Central Login handoff
We confirm the purchaser email first, then deliver the Aurora Central Login sign-in email once the environment is live.
Onboarding
Optional launch help without hiding it in ARR
Customers can keep the standard self-serve launch motion or attach assisted onboarding explicitly when they want extra hands-on help.

What Happens After Purchase

Stripe confirms payment and Aurora records the purchased base, modules, add-ons, and service items before activation begins.
Aurora provisions the workspace, syncs the billing baseline into licensing, runs health checks, and delivers the Aurora Central Login sign-in email once it is ready.
You share basic program context, existing documents, and preferred meeting times so onboarding starts with the right scope.
