This flow handles the customer handoff after checkout: confirm the key organization details, upload the required onboarding materials, receive the secure workspace access email, and schedule the managed onboarding call once the prep work is complete.

What happens here
  1. 1Confirm the required onboarding details: contact name, contact email, organization, and priorities
  2. 2Upload one scan-cleared file for each required onboarding category: policies, asset inventory, vendor list, and questionnaires
  3. 3Submit the setup packet, schedule the onboarding call, and keep billing/access management in one place
